Be ye be in favor of requiring GUILD shipmates to share the joy of a well kept ship ?

Since the ship upgrades, thar be some ships in need of pirate carpentry skills especially when on material runs. Some can and do and some wont. Should we add a rule to contribute to the repair of the ship thats being sailed on material runs?
let me know if ye be infavor of encouraging shipmates to share the joy of a well kept ship (it may be yours!)

Nice Poll, Rusty! 
It would be nice if all repaired, not just stood around or cannoned. But I think this is something that can be addressed in Guild Chat and/or Guild Meetings. It comes under Respect other Pirates Rule, and also Help When you Can Rule.
