Meeting times

Every Wednesday we have an officer and veteran meeting. Times are as followed for each time zone:

Pacific: 6:00 pm
Mountain: 7:00 pm
Central: 8:00 pm
Eastern: 9:00 pm

The location changes all the time, but when we are ready to start it we will announce it in guild chat and then officers and vets will teleport to Bubba or whoever else is there with him.

Ohhhh, thought it was 8:00 pm Eastern. Oh well, I'm early!!!

At this point and time I am going to discuss with officers and vets what is a good time for them to meet. Given the state of the guild right now I no longer think weekly meetings are a necessity. I am thinking more along the lines of a monthly or bi monthly meeting. Of course if something comes up please bring it to my attention and we can always call a meeting if needed. Please let me know your thoughts on when the meetings should be held and how often.

Well, it is my personal opinion that as long as rum is being provided then meetings should be held often and regular! Like maybe start off with at least 4 meetings a day and each should last until the rum barrel is empty. Once the barrel is empty then this provides an chance for a quick break while some scurvy dog fetches another rum barrel. After the new full rum barrel is installed then meetings should commence without haste!
