Revive POTCO Petition

Here is the link for you to look over and sign if you so choose. Many of our good mates spent a good amount of time and energy on this. Many more have signed. I placed 3 signatures for mine, bugs and Bri's acct. If you have more than one acct I will also link the post on castle telling you how to sign up for more than 2. I would like to see Hearts stand behind this.
